The room comes with a lovely balcony to enjoy the sun and it's a great spot to discover the area.

We loved it so we will be back. We had a pleasant stay. And it was set in old district. Green Tangerine, where you can eat, is walking distance to the hotel.

The hotel is located in a beautiful and quiet street in the heart of the city, close to great restaurants and shops. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly, going out of their way to assist guests with their needs. The rooms, especially the ones with balconies, are stunning and well-maintained with comfortable beds. The hotel also offers basic amenities and includes a delicious breakfast.

This hotel is such a great find! the value for money is incredible. You get so much for the price you pay, from the spacious rooms with really comfortable beds, to the balcony where you can soak in the vibrant atmosphere of the city. Secondly, I was impressed by the attention to detail. The staff were friendly and kind, always going the extra mile to ensure a pleasant stay. Lastly, the location in the city center was perfect. Everything was within walking distance, making it convenient to explore. All these factors combined made my stay at this hotel truly enjoyable.

This hotel has an excellent location, right in the heart of the old town and close to restaurants and cafes. the room was spacious and clean, with attentive staff who spoke good English and were very welcoming. the breakfast was good and there were plenty of facilities available, such as air conditioning and hot water in the bathroom.

This hotel exceeded our expectations in so many ways. the location was absolutely perfect, right in the heart of the bustling Old Quarter. We were able to walk to many places, including the beautiful lake nearby. Secondly, the staff were simply amazing. They went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. They were so friendly and helpful, making us feel like valued guests throughout our time here. Lastly, the rooms were fantastic. We had a spacious room with a balcony overlooking a charming street. The beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep every night. We also appreciated the attention to detail in the room, with amenities provided and a fully-equipped bathroom. On top of it all, the breakfast was included and was absolutely delicious! The hotel definitely offered great value for money.

All in all, everything was ok during our stay.

Another advantage was the wonderful breakfast, which had a wide variety of both Vietnamese and Western options to choose from. We highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a fantastic city break in Hanoi.

The hotel's proximity to the lake and other attractions made it easy to explore the city on foot. The breakfast options were fresh and tasty. the staff were very friendly and accommodating, making our stay much more enjoyable.

The staff quickly found a solution and we were able to get settled in. the rooms were a bit small, but comfortable enough for our Xmas stay.
